LF147 One item in transfer order 0000001 is from bulk storage type

Hi

 

While confirming Transfer Order on RF , Transaction LM05 or LM07 , I am getting an error :

 

One item in transfer order 0000001

is from bulk storage type

 

Since the TO source storage type is Bulk Storage , SU is not proposed.

If we confirm using LT12 , we are prompted to enter Source SU ( scan ) , and the one which is easily  accessible in front side of the bin

is scanned.The TO is then confirmed.

 

At LMO5 we get the field Very SU , but even if we scan , we get message "an internal error has occured".

 

If we leave it blank and select material and proceed , we get error - "

 

One item in transfer order 0000001300

is from bulk storage type

 

is there anyway , we can confirm such TOs on RF ?

is it not supported on RF ?

Outbound Idoc to upload batch characteristics

Hi gurus,

 

i need to find a way to send an Outbound IDoc to an external system regarding changes to batch characteristics.

This is the scenario: every time that someone throught transaction MSC2N changes some characteristics an outbound IDoc must be sent to the external system to upload the data regarding the modified batch.

 

Hope someone could help me on this topic.

How to get single tab at shipment cost document

Hello All,

 

Here we got stucked with issue of having only one tab i.e, shipment cost tab.

Now we are getting 2 tabs, Delivery Item & Shipment cost item, but our requirement is to get only one tab i.e, shipment cost item tab.

 

So could you please help me out how I can achieve this.

Don't want create Storage bin

I have done 161 movement for purchase order. When I am cancelling this created document I am getting error message that

 

Storage bin 301 902 4503686390 does not exist (check your entry)

Message No. L9009

 

I know that creating Bin 4503686390 in Storage type 902 will resolve the problem. O don't want to create bins for such silly reason. Where I can do change so that I don't need to create bin.

RF guns to SAP integration

Hi All,

    We have a requirement where we have RF guns for warehouse picking. Our SAP landscape includes ECC6 and SAP PI 7. I undersatnd we have to use telnet software to integrate RF guns with SAP Console for communication. I wanted to check if i can get any guide to do so. we have got telnet software from Georgia softworks. Please reply back on this.

Hello, Guru!

I'm using BAPI BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_SAVEREPLICA in the project for replicate outbound Delivery

More correctly, I'm using incoming IDOC mestype SHP_OBDLV_SAVE_REPLICA, which triggers  BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_SAVEREPLICA

Documentation for BAPI BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_SAVEREPLICA FM parameters ITEM_DATA states:

Required fields
- OUTB_DELVRY_NO
- ITM_NUMBER
- MATERIAL
- DLV_QTY
- SALES_UNIT_ISO or SALES_UNIT

 

 

 

But, alas !

System requires filling add fileds for item_data concerning amount (besides  DLV_QTY and SALES_UNIT) : DLV_QTY_STOCK, BASE_UOM, SALES_QTY_DENOM,SALES_QTY_NUM

Delivery will not create without these fields.

 

But system has coefficients, base and alternatively  unit of measure  in material master record.

 

How can I evade filling this add fields ?

Dump when opening route schedule in VL33N

Hello

 

I encounter a dump when I click F4 on the field route schedule LIKP-AULWE.

The program MV50AFTR seems to check the lenght and omits two digits.

 

Does anyone have idea about how to correct this issue ?

WM backflush components for network order 281 movement via WM PP interface

Hi:

Has anyone worked with Network order via WM-PP Interface?

 

Network is created via tocde CN22.

Through LP10 we run the WM staging, all goes well and the TR gets created from LP10 and TR has the destination storage type as 100 (Production staging) with WM movement type of 319.

 

To is created from the TR (from above) with destination type 100 and confirmed.

 

We execute 281 via MIGO and inventory is relieved from 100 storage type BUT new TR is created from the 281 movement type.  I don't think it should create a new TR since inventory is no longer in 100 anymore, it has already been back flushed.  Any idea why another TR is getting created?  How do I avoid another TR from getting created, for the 261 movement we are not seeing another TR getting created.

Split GR Production

Dear Expert,

We Have situation when implement Warehouse management,

 

We have 1 WH Number with 2 Warehouse building, we separate as storage type A and storage type B. In Each building consist of production line A in building A, and production line B in Building B.  Production line A and B can produce same SKU in the same time but different Batch.

 

Our customer want that putaway strategy in storage types search sequence is not cross building, it's mean that material which produce in production line A will putaway in Stor type A instead material which produce in Production line B will store in storage B automatically.

 

So how I set this scenario in OMLY?

 

we use movement type 301 plant to plant, so interim area 920 will split in 2 building.

Utilization 100% for a storage bin

Hello Experts,

 

We have a process were a Transfer order is created in background when a GR is done,& a label is printed with LM01.

Know there is an issue where system is giving an message as transfer order not created when i am trying to print the Label.

 

when i tried to proceed manually for creating a TO wrf to the TR created in GR system is giving an error message as Bin does not have sufficient Space.(Message no. L3084)



 

Then i checked the storage bin i found the below details

I want to understand how did system calculate the Utilization for the bin as my maximum wt is maintained as 0 in bin master.

Also system is defining this storage bin by default when i am trying to create TO against the TR & i am unable to edit the storage type & bin in the TO.

Can you please suggest how do i change the utilization if possible?

transfer between E stock and own stock

Hello experts,

 

I have checked the forum but failed to find my answer. Pls advise the below. Thx.

 

Requirements:

disconnect E stock with the current sales order number, then connect this stock with new sales order number.

 

My questions about front-end operations:

1. What is the normal processing in SAP? Pls provide details steps with Tcodes.

2. I tried to process as below. But I hit Message No. L2030. If my process below is correct, how to solve the error?

 

My process:

1. transfer E stock to own stock by using MB1B, movement type 411 E

2. LT06: enter the material doc generated by process 1, then an error message "

You have not selected any data for the material document xxx

Message No. L2030".

3. transfer own stock to E stock by using MB1B, movement type 412 E. (This is not done due to the error in process 3)

 

Remarks:

The above transfer is made, or to be made in the same warehouse number & same storage location.

I have little idea about WM/MM.

Storage Bin in LAGP not showing up in LX03?

Hi,

 

I have an issue.  We are using WM and obviously have storage bins set up.  There is one storage bin that does not show in LX03, and in some other transactions it is not visible in pull down menu's like LS11.   We can see this bin in LS02N, and in table LAGP.   The bin is not blocked (not for stock removal, not for putaway and not for inventory).  In LS02N, the bin shows it has 1 Quant, but does not list what material it is.  The bin should be empty!  The bin appears to have 100% capacity available, so not sure how it can show 1 quant.  The storage bin is not assigned to any materials in MLGN. There are no open transfer orders for this bin.  I am at a loss as to what to look for next to see why this bin isn't showing up in common reports even though it exists.  When I use transactions such as LX03 - I only select by Warehouse #, and no other criteria.  I also search in LX03 by Warehouse #, Storage type and do not see the bin.  Has anybody ran into this situation or can point in any direction as to why this might be happening?

WM inspection sample qty

We 're recieving the sample qty in 917 ST.

 

Now if we do GR for 100 qty 99 get moved to actual ST 101 and 1 qty to 917 ST.

 

After UD system is changing the status from Q to unrestricted but 1 qty is getting remained in 917 ST. If we change the indicator in movement type "post to same bin" then how the 99 qty ll be treated by system.

 

Also ll 1 qty ll be automatically transfered to actual ST that is 101.

Material document after GR Posted via Inbound

Hi

 

When I post GR via Inbound I see that the system automatically populates the inbound delivery number in the header in the Delivery note within the material document. Is there any way to use a customized value. I have a case where at time of GR the Invoice number is known so the client would like the Invoice number to rather be used.

 

Currently I update the Invoice number in the Foreign Trade and customs view of the inbound but now would like it to be posted as the delivery note in material doc aswell.

Transfer order item confirmation with bin change

If I have TO with multiple line items & I want to confirm only one item with a Bin change how can I do that.

 

LT11 allows confirmation at item level but bin change is not possible

LT12 allows bin change but single item confirmation is not possible.

 

Do we have user exit wherein I can add this functionality of bin change in LT11 ?

single shipment for Single delivery

Hello,

 

When I run the VT04 (collective shipment run), the program RV56TRGN is creating single shipment for all the deliveries which are available for the date.

User want that VT04/Back ground Job should create single shipment for single delivery. Please advise how to set up this function. thank you.

Authorization object for TO managment

I need the name or some clue for blocking or releasing transfer order (wm's TO) objects,

so I will be able to block users so they won't have the possibility to release or delete or ... with TO's.

 

For example, dealing with transaction LT21.

Palletization In Shipment costing

Dear All,

 

We have an export scenario, where we create delivery from Plant to port location with respect to STO in VL10d. For same, we do shipment and shipment costing.

 

Client require to capture the pallet cost at the time of shipment costing. We do not use handling unit management in our organization. Please let me know where and how i can capture the number of pallets used in delivery and how the cost can be calculated for the same,

Hi,

 

Can any one please tell me if a shipment can have multiple deliveries assigned to it. If yes please tell me how to check, Is it VTTP table that holds all the deliveries for a particular shipment.

 

Sorry I am abaper and dont have enough functional knowledge please suggest.
